feeding time- goods for sale

Here are some of my cakes for sale! If you feel a hankering for any of the things I posted on previously, I am sure I can accommodate that too. If you have a particular preference as to your cake, do tell and I shall adjust accordingly. All these cakes also can be decorated (ie piped message, some chocolate work) as per the order. I also make customized fruit cake or sponge celebration cakes and basic chocolate piece montee, examples of which are depicted below.

 

To order, just drop me an email through mabellew@gmail.com specifying the details. The cakes can usually be delivered within KT1, Central London and Greater London-South (at a charge depending on the area- to be discussed on submission of the order), or collected.

classic French cake; very light sponge and strawberry cream layered cake on a sweet pastry base; finished with a chocolate and marzipan plaque, and toasted almonds; available in mango, peach, pear (extra £3) and mixed berries

classic French cake; almond sponge layers infused with coffee, with ganache and coffee buttercream

dark or white chocolate mousse in a biscuit sponge lined with flaked almonds and a fruit jelly insert of your choice: strawberry; mixed berries; peach; mango and orange; peach; apple and boysenberry
SAGO PUDDING ENTREMET.........(16cm dia/serves 8) £20
salted coconut mousse in a biscuit sponge with a gula melaka  and sago pearl jelly insert; finished with a gula melaka jelly; highly recommended!
YAM CHARLOTTE...........................(16cm dia/serves 8) £20
yam cream in a biscuit sponge and topped with a salted coconut jelly; made from REAL yams, steamed and mashed with no artificial colourings hence the lack of purple
